Ramen Soup

Ingredients
2 bundles (or packets) of ramen noodles
4 tsp chicken bullion
4 cups water
2/3 cup corn
6 slices meat of choice
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
Handful of spinach, chopped
2 tsp of brown sugar
2 tsp of fish sauce
2 tsp of white vinegar
1 sheet of nori, chopped
1 green onion stalk, chopped
Chopped cilantro to garnish
Instructions
Bring water and chicken bullion to a boil and cook noddles in the broth
Sauté garlic in oil in a small sauce pan on low heat
in a separate small pan, cook up the corn and meat
To assemble, place some chopped spinach at the bottom of a bowl and top with cooked noodles
Spoon on top of the noodles some garlic oil, 1tsp of brown sugar, 1 tsp of fish sauce and 1 tsp of white vinegar in each bowl. Mix everything in the bowl together
Top with corn, meat, nori, green onion, cilantro and broth to enjoy (Also great with a soft boiled egg!)
