Potato Leek Soup

Ingredients
2 large leeks, chopped
3-4 potatoes, skinned and chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
4 cups broth of choice (I like vegetable)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1 tbsp garlic salt
1 tbsp onion powder
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot on medium heat and sauté leeks for about 8-10min. Season with garlic salt and onion powder
Add in your garlic, potatoes and brother. Simmer for 25 min or until the potatoes are fork tender
Add in the milk and mix together. Blend if desired but just as delicious on its own!
