Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 16oz can black beans, rinsed
1 16oz can bean medley, rinsed
2 medium avocados, diced
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1 cup diced tomatoes
3/4 cup corn kernels
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all beans, avocados, onions, tomatoes corn and cilantro.
Add lime juice, olive oil and season with the cumin, pepper, salt and garlic powder. Adjust if needed.
Serve with toasted bread or your favourite crackers! (My personal favourite is the dill sea salt Triscuits)
