Ingredients
1/2 cucumber, grated
1 tsp salt
1 garlic clove, minced
1 and 1/2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp dill
1 cup plain greek yogurt
Instructions
Place grated cucumber in a mesh strainer. Sprinkle over the salt and squeeze out all the excess water
In a large bowl, combine the greek yogurt, garlic, vinegar, dill, cucumber and more salt.
Store in a mason jar in the fridge. Good for 1 month
