Tzatziki

Time: 10min Servings: 1 and 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cucumber, grated

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 and 1/2 tbsp vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp dill

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Place grated cucumber in a mesh strainer. Sprinkle over the salt and squeeze out all the excess water

  2. In a large bowl, combine the greek yogurt, garlic, vinegar, dill, cucumber and more salt.

  3. Store in a mason jar in the fridge. Good for 1 month
