Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of butter

  • 2 egg yolks

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp dijon

  • salt, pepper and paprika to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a pan or microwave until melted

  2. In a bowl, wisk together egg yolks, lemon juice and dijon on high speed with an immersion blender

  3. Slowly combine in the melted butter as you blend
