Turkish Eggs

Time: 10 min Servings: 2-4

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp salted butter

  • 1 tsp chili flakes

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp lemon/lime juice

  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp vinegar

  • Poached eggs (as many as you want)

  • Toast (as much as you want)

Instructions

  1. In a pan, melt butter, chili flakes and paprika together

  2. While butter is melting, start a pan of water and vinegar to poach eggs in

  3. On a plate, mix together the yogurt, garlic and lemon/lime juice

  4. Drizzle the melted butter over the yogurt and top with poached eggs and a crack of salt

  5. Enjoy with toast
