Turkish Eggs

Ingredients
2 tbsp salted butter
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp paprika
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon/lime juice
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1 tbsp vinegar
Poached eggs (as many as you want)
Toast (as much as you want)
Instructions
In a pan, melt butter, chili flakes and paprika together
While butter is melting, start a pan of water and vinegar to poach eggs in
On a plate, mix together the yogurt, garlic and lemon/lime juice
Drizzle the melted butter over the yogurt and top with poached eggs and a crack of salt
Enjoy with toast
