Protein Bagels

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup plain greek yogurt
1 egg (for egg wash)
any desired topping of choice (pictured is everything bagel seasoning with flax and chia seeds mixed in)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together until a smooth dough forms.
Cut the dough into 4 equal pieces, roll each piece out and make a little hole in the centre of each piece, stretching it as much as possible without breaking the sides.
Place each piece onto a lined baking sheet.
Egg wash each piece and top with your desired toppings.
Bake in the oven at 350F for 40-45min
