Protein Bagels

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt

  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

  • any desired topping of choice (pictured is everything bagel seasoning with flax and chia seeds mixed in)


Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together until a smooth dough forms.

  2. Cut the dough into 4 equal pieces, roll each piece out and make a little hole in the centre of each piece, stretching it as much as possible without breaking the sides.

  3. Place each piece onto a lined baking sheet.

  4. Egg wash each piece and top with your desired toppings.

  5. Bake in the oven at 350F for 40-45min
