Pizza Dough

Time: 1 hr 45 minutes Serves: 2 Pizzas Oven: 500F
Ingredients
1 cup warm water
1 tbsp honey
2 and 1/4 tsp yeast
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
2 and 1/2 cups flour
Instructions
Add warm water, honey and yeast into a mixer. let proof for 10-15 minutes
Add in olive oil, salt and slowly incorporate the flour while mixing on the lowest speed. Kneed for an extra 10 minutes once incorporated
Place dough in a well oiled bowl and cover. Let rise for 40-50 minutes
Once risen, pour dough out on a floured surface and split into two. Roll out each dough ball to desired size.
*Optional - Place pizza dough on your tray and cover with a towel, letting it rise for another 15 minutes
Top with desired toppings and bake in oven at 500F for 5-10 minutes
