Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
4 white potatoes, peeled and chopped
30g butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 cup cream
Parmesan to taste
Chives, chopped to garnish
Instructions
Place peeled and chopped potatoes in boiling, salted water for 15 min until soft. Drain and set aside in a mixing bowl to cool
Melt the butter in a pan on medium-low heat and add in the minced garlic. Cook until butter is browned
On the lowest setting in a mixing bowl, whisk the soft boil potatoes until almost smooth. Finish mixing with a fork
Add in the browned garlic butter, pepper, salt and cream. Mix until smooth
Finish with parmesan and chives to taste
