Honey Roasted Carrots

Time: 45 min Servings: 4 Oven: 400F

Ingredients

  • 4 large carrots, chopped into desired shape

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 tsp dried thyme

  • 2 tsp dried parsley

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/3 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F

  2. Place chopped carrots into a frying pan with olive oil. Stir and fry for about 2 minutes.

  3. Add in garlic powder, thyme and parsley along with the minced garlic. Stir until all carrots are coated evenly.

  4. Add in honey and stir. Leave in pan until the honey is a little melted and becomes like a syrup.

  5. Leave in the oven-safe pan or transfer to an oven safe dish and roast in the oven for 30 minutes.

  6. Let cool before enjoying!
