Time: 1hr 30 min Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour

  • 1 cup water

  • 2 cups milk

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 tsp olive (at a time)

Instructions

  1. Mix together the flour, water, milk, salt and eggs until smooth. Add more milk or water to make it runnier if needed. Consistency should be extremely runny

  2. In a pan on low-med heat, drizzle in 1 tsp of olive oil and spread evenly around the pan. Wait until the pan is hot before pouring in batter

  3. Once hot, pout in one ladle of batter and quickly run the batter around in the pan to fill up the bottom of the pan. It should be thin but large (think crepe but larger). Wait 3-4 min before flipping to the other side. After another 3-4 min, remove the pancake from the pan and add to a plate

  4. Repeat step 3 until batter runs out

  5. Serve with your choice of filling. I like mushroom sauce and syrup the best! Classic filling includes jam and syrup.
