Time: 20 min Servings: 2
Ingredients
2 pcs salmon
2 tbsp mayonaise
1/2 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried parsley
Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb mini potatoes
Sauce
4-6 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4-1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Air-fry potatoes for 15 minutes at 400F with a small drizzle of olive oil and some salt and pepper.
While potatoes cook, marinate your salmon by combining mayonnaise, vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, dried parsley, parmesan cheese and salt and pepper.
Add salmon over the potatoes and air-fry 10-12 minutes at 375F.
To make sauce, add garlic and butter to a sauce pan until butter is completely melted. Add in cream, pepper flakes, dried parsley, onion powder, oregano and salt and pepper. Wait until sauce thickens a little bit before adding in parmesan cheese and lemon juice.
Top finished salmon with the sauce and enjoy with potatoes.
