Cajun Sausage Foil Packs

Time: 40 min Servings: 4 Oven: 400F

Ingredients

• 4 sausages, chopped

• 2 ears of corn, sliced in 2in portions

• 3 large baking potatoes, chopped

• 1 red bell pepper, chopped

• 4 tbsp butter

• 4 tsp cajun seasoning

Instructions

1. Separate all chopped ingredients into 4 different foil packs

2. Add 1 tbsp of butter and 1 tsp of cajun seasoning to each of the foil packs of chopped ingredients

3. Close and secure the packs and place on medium heat on the BBQ OR 400F in the oven for 30 min

4. Top with plain greek yogurt and enjoy
