Bulgogi

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs thinly sliced beef

  • 4 garlic cloves

  • 2 and 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1/2 medium onion, sliced

  • 1 cup diced apple

  • 2 and 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 stalk green onion, chopped

  • Leaves of a lettuce

  • Rice of choice

Instructions

  1. In a blending cup, add in garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, half of the chopped onion, apple and maple syrup. Blend until smooth consistency

  2. Marinate the beef in the blended sauce and rest in the fridge for 3 hours

  3. Begin to Cook your rice according to package instructions

  4. In a pan on medium heat, fry up the beef along with the sauce, about 5 min

  5. Next add in the rest of the onion and green onion and cook until onions are at desired tenderness

  6. Enjoy as a lettuce wrap
