Pesto Seafood Pasta

Ingredients
12 oz shrimp, tails removed
1 packet of muscles
8 oz angel hair pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup basil pesto
1 tbsp parmesan
Instructions
Boil pasta until tender. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water
While pasta is cooking, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Once hot, add in shrimp and sauté until pink and cooked. Remove and set aside
Cook muscles according to package instructions. If using fresh muscles, add into the pan with a little water until they open
Add another tbsp of olive oil with cherry tomatoes and garlic until tomatoes burst
Add in cooked pasta with pesto and pasta water. Mix everything together thoroughly
Add back the shrimp and muscles and serve with parmesan cheese
