Parsley Chile Pasta

Time: 20min Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • Bunch of parsley, chopped

  • 1 tsp chile flakes

  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes

  • 12 oz spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of water and cook pasta until tender and reserve 3 tbsp of the pasta water

  2. While pasta is cooking, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil and sauté the garlic with salt and pepper

  3. Add the pasta water in the pan and the cooked noodles

  4. Mix in the butter, parsley and chile flakes with cherry tomatoes. Serve with parmesan cheese
