Pancit Stir-Fry

Time: 20 min Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 3-4 garlic cloves crushed

  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion

  • 1 lb chopped beef or chicken

  • 1/4 cup dark soy

  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots/other veggies

  • 1 and 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 1 pack of pancit noodles

  • 1 pack of rice noodle


Instructions

  1. In a pan on med heat, sauté the garlic and chopped red onion.

  2. Add in your meat and cook for about 4 min, it should be undercooked at this point. It will finishe cooking through with the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Add in your dark soy and chopped carrots. Mix thoroughly.

  4. Once mixed, add in your chicken broth until just before boiling.

  5. Add in your pancit noodles and rice noodles. Continue to stir until the noodles are cooked and enjoy.
