Meal-Prepped Hash-brown Breakfast Bowls

Ingredients
650g of your choice of hash-browns
6 pieces of bacon, chopped
10 turkey sausages, pre-cooked and chopped
2 cup cottage cheese
1 cup egg whites
1 large egg
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
3 large handfuls of spinach, cooked in 1 tsp of butter and salted to liking
Instructions
*Optional - Toast up the hash-browns to your liking.
Ensure the bacon and sausages are cooked through before chopping and placing into the mixture.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and divide the mixture evenly into 6 microwave save Tupperware.
Store in fridge for up to a week or freeze in freezer. If freezing, ensure the mixture is fully thawed before microwaving for 2 and 1/2 minutes.
