Korean Sweet and Sticky Chicken

Ingredients
6 boneless chicken thighs
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/3 cup green onions, chopped
1 medium onion, diced
1/3 cup oil (if pan frying)
Sauce
1 and 1/2 tbsp garlic, minced
1/3 cup green onions, chopped
1 tbsp sesame seeds
4 and 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
3 and 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup water
Instructions
Dice chicken onto bite size pieces
Add chicken to a large bowl followed by cornstarch and mix well to coat each piece of chicken
In a smaller bowl, whisk together your sauce ingredients
In a smoking hot wok with oil, or in a air-fryer, fry and cook your chicken until crispy
In a pan, cook your onions until soft and add your sauce. Let simmer and reduce for 5 min until thick and glossy
Add back in the chicken and mix. Serve over rice and garnish with sesame seeds
