Crock Pot Beef and Broccoli

Time: 6 hrs Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 lbs stir-fry beef

  • 1 cup beef broth

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 2 tbsp minced garlic

  • 4 tbsp cornstarch

  • 1 broccoli head, chopped into florets

  • 2 cups rice, washed

Instruction

  1. Add everything except the broccoli florets to a crock pot. Stir until well combined and set on low for five hours with the lid on.

  2. Once beef is cooked add cornstarch to a bowl and add juice from the pot into the bowl and mix together. Add mixture back into the pot along with broccoli florets. Stir and let cook for another 30 min.

  3. While waiting for the broccoli and beef, cook the washed rice according to package directions.

  4. Serve beef and broccoli over a bowl of rice and enjoy!
