Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients
12 oz fettuccine
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lb boneless chicken
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup butter
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 cup parmesan
1 tbsp dried parsley
3 tsp minced garlic
Instructions
Boil fettuccine in salted water. Drain and toss noodles in 1 tbsp of oil
Mix together the flour, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper onto a plate
Cut chicken into strips and season with salt and pepper
Place chicken in the flour mixture and fry in 1 tbsp of olive oil until cooked through
Remove chicken and start the sauce in the same pan by adding in the butter and garlic
Once butter is fully melted, add in heavy cream. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg
Stir in the parmesan until the cheese is melted and mixed
Add in your fettuccine until evenly mixed and top with chicken and parsley
