Cabbage Stir-fry

Ingredients
1 head of cabbage, chopped
3 eggs, scrambled
1 tbsp olive oil
tsp salt and pepper
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp chili flakes
Chili oil
Instructions
In a pan on low-medium heat, add in olive oil and scrambled eggs until 3/4 of the way cooked. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, toast your garlic and ginger until fragrant and add in the cabbage. Cook until 1/2 soft and add in carrots.
When cabbage is almost fully soft, add in soy sauce, sesame oil and chili flakes with the scrambled eggs. Mix to combine.
To assemble, add some of the cabbage sitry-fry to a bowl (*Optional, over rice or noodles) and top with a dollop of chili oil. Enjoy!
