Beef and Eggs

Ingredients
500g beef, thinly sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 and 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1 and 1/2 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp oil
3 large eggs
1 green onion, chopped
2 tbsp cornstarch (for egg)
salt and pepper (for egg)
2 cups of rice, washed and cooked
Instructions
Season the beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, corn starch and baking soda. Set aside to marinate.
In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs, onion, cornstarch mixed with water and salt and pepper to taste.
In a pan on medium heat, fry the beef for 4 min before adding in your egg. Let sit and cook lifting the edges every so often until finished.
Serve in a bowl of rice and enjoy.
