Beef and Eggs

Ingredients

  • 500g beef, thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 and 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 and 1/2 tbsp corn starch

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 green onion, chopped

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch (for egg)

  • salt and pepper (for egg)

  • 2 cups of rice, washed and cooked

Instructions

  1. Season the beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, corn starch and baking soda. Set aside to marinate.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs, onion, cornstarch mixed with water and salt and pepper to taste.

  3. In a pan on medium heat, fry the beef for 4 min before adding in your egg. Let sit and cook lifting the edges every so often until finished.

  4. Serve in a bowl of rice and enjoy.
