Beef and Broccoli Noodles

Ingredients
1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
1 lb broccoli, chopped
1 lb lo mein noodles
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
green onion, chopped
sesame seeds to garnish
Marinade
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp shaoxing wine
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp neutral oil
Sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp MSG
3/4 cup chicken stock
1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
Marinade your beef in marinade for 20 min, meanwhile, make your sauce in a separate bowl
Blanch chopped broccoli in a pot of boiling water for 1 min
Cook noodles according to package instructions
Over high heat in neutral oil, fry beef for 2-3 min and remove
In the same oil, fry garlic and ginger for a few min and then add in your broccoli, stir-fry for 30 seconds
Add back your beef and noodles
Add in sauce and mix until sauce is combined
Top with green onion and sesame seeds to garnish
