3 Cup Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients
1.5lb chicken, cubed
*Optional - 2 cup thai basil
450g stir-fry noodles of choice
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp sesame oil
4 slices ginger
6 cloves garlic, sliced
3 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
In a pan, drizzle in oil and turn heat to medium. Add chicken and sauté together for 3-4 min
While chicken is cooking, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar in a bowl
Cook noodles of choice as per package instructions
Add in sliced ginger and garlic to the chicken. Sauté together for another 2-3 min
Add in noodles and pour in the sauce. Drizzle cooking wine over top and sauté together for 2-3 min
