3 Cup Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1.5lb chicken, cubed

  • *Optional - 2 cup thai basil

  • 450g stir-fry noodles of choice

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

  • 4 slices ginger

  • 6 cloves garlic, sliced

  • 3 tbsp Chinese cooking wine

  • sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a pan, drizzle in oil and turn heat to medium. Add chicken and sauté together for 3-4 min

  2. While chicken is cooking, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar in a bowl

  3. Cook noodles of choice as per package instructions

  4. Add in sliced ginger and garlic to the chicken. Sauté together for another 2-3 min

  5. Add in noodles and pour in the sauce. Drizzle cooking wine over top and sauté together for 2-3 min
